Punjalal D. Patel

Promoter


Since 1972, Mr. Punjalal D. Patel embarked on his journey in the construction industry as a laborer in Dubai. His passion for construction led him back to India, where he transitioned into real estate contracting. In 2005, driven by a dedication to quality, he founded Shakti Group with a vision to build a lasting legacy. Over the years, through relentless effort, he has overseen numerous successful residential projects in prime areas such as Thane, Kalyan, and Dombivali, establishing a reputation for excellence.




Mr. Rajesh Punjalal Patel

Co - Founder


For the past 10 years, Rajesh Patel has been dedicated to the warehouse industry. With a commitment to delivering large logistics parks efficiently, he propelled Shakti Group forward in 2016. His vision is to significantly grow the company. Over the years, Rajesh has executed many successful projects in warehouse clusters and logistics parks, focusing on prime locations across Maharashtra.




Mr. Kapil Punjalal Patel

Co - Founder


Kapil Patel entered the real estate industry in 2003 as a contractor, driven by a deep interest in achieving significant goals as a developer. He co-founded Shakti Group with a vision of providing quality construction. His extensive experience has led to the successful completion of numerous projects in the logistics, commercial, and residential sectors, particularly in notable locations across Maharashtra.




Mr. Janak Punjalal Patel

Co - Founder


Since 2008, Janak Patel has been a passionate professional in the real estate industry. Committed to delivering quality and ensuring client satisfaction, He established the Shakti Group in 2009. With a vision to develop high-quality projects, Shakti Group has successfully executed numerous ventures in the warehousing, commercial, and residential sectors, focusing on prime locations such as Bhiwandi and Kalyan.
